Consultations - Please read the terms and conditions thoroughly. It is the clients responsibility to book consultation appointments online via Calendly. NO consultation appointments can be booked via text or email.
Any Work Request - ALL payments MUST be submitted BEFORE any work begins. Orders can not start without the complete of the MJM Design Request Form. Please submit the form will ALL work orders.
Payments- NO deposits or half payments are taken under normal conditions. Therefore, you must be payment ready when placing orders for any graphic design or work request. Payment will be due at checkout.
Websites - ALL web fees are for design only. It is the sole responsibility of the client to submit domain, subscription and any other maintenance fees directly to the appropriate platform. We will NOT secure or connect your domain. We will NOT purchase or maintain your website hosting subscription. ALL websites are transferred to owner (client) immediately following the completion of the work order. You will have option to keep the designer as Manager ONLY for any future edits are assistance with the Wix back office.
Work Time - The countdown/turnaround for orders DOES NOT begin until you have completed and submitted the MJM Design Request form online and payment is received/processed successfully.

Refunds & Exchanges
By agreeing to MJM Creative Innovations, LLC terms and conditions, client(s) must understand we have an absolutely NO REFUND policy, under any circumstance; however we will do exchanges for another design with same price value, but an agreement must be established between the designer and client.
MJM Creative Innovations, LLC works diligently when delivering services/projects to clients on time. If under any circumstances we are behind and unable to complete an order by the requested time, client(s) will be notified immediately. When order volume is high, additional time may be required to complete your project/designs. As a graphic designer, MJM is required to take our time on each order, for that reason, an additional 1-3 business days may be needed, but the client(s) will be notified ASAP. If this occurs, you will be notified and portions of your order may be subject to refund depending on circumstances.
If we draft a design for any custom or listed graphic and you are not satisfied, you will be refunded a portion of your total amount minus the design fee.
ALL sales are FINAL for ANY design that is pre-approved by the client before printing. NO refunds will be issued for any edits to work requests that were pre-approved prior to printing and shipping to client.
ANY Consultation Hour booked and canceled WITHOUT at least a 24HR notice will not be refunded and subject to reschedule at owner's discretion. As a result you may be required to book and purchase a new appointment.
Please note: It is the client(s) full responsibility to read descriptions of services that they will be purchasing/receiving. Additional instructions and/or information may be included.
