3. You MUST complete a client questionnaire before filings are initiated and/or submitted.
4. MJM does not store identifying information such as SSN #s but this information is REQUIRED to complete both state and federal filings.
5. You must provide a valid forwarding mailing address and email address. Both of which must be up to date at all times.
6. You MUST sign an official Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage agreement.

2. Do I need a Registered Agent?
No, but a registered agent is essential to your LLC or corporation to maintain a Registered Agent with a physical address in the state of formation.
3. Does MJM provide legal or tax advice?
No. MJM Creative Innovations provides document preparation and filing services only. We are not a law firm, CPA firm, or tax advisory service. 5. How long does it take to form my business?
Processing times depend on your Alabama Secretary of State office. Some states process filings within a few days, while others may take up to approx. 10 weeks.
6. Does MJM obtain business licenses for me?
No. Clients are responsible for applying for required city, county, or state business licenses and permits. These services are for business formation only (name reservation, state filing, & EIN)
7. What happens after my LLC is approved?
After approval, you will receive confirmation documents from the state. We will also provide your official EIN confirmation letter.
8. Can I use my home address for my business?
This depends on your personal preference. Some business owners prefer using a Registered Agent to keep their personal address off public records. Choosing a registered agent is a cost effective alternative to obtaining a PO Box or additional physical address for business purposed only.
9. Is the Registered Agent service annual?
Yes. Registered Agent services are billed annually at $150 and must be renewed to maintain compliance.
10. What happens if I don’t renew my Registered Agent?
Failure to maintain a Registered Agent can result in:
