Please be on time for your scheduled appointment. It is best that you connect with the designer from a laptop or desktop computer to ensure full functions of design and work space. You are required to submit payment by the hour AFTER website design is complete. MJM designer will offer assistance during the design process but any additional assistance will require a consultation fee of $25 per hour (pre-scheduled).
Be sure to have all pertinent information for design ready for each session and plan for little to no interruptions.
ALL payments MUST be submitted BEFORE any a consultation appointment is booked.
No deposits or half payments are taken under normal conditions. Only special deposit consideration for certain client who book multiple hours at one time. Therefore, you must be payment ready when scheduling any consultation appointment.

Refunds & Exchanges
By agreeing to MJM Creative Innovations, LLC terms and conditions, client(s) must understand we have an absolutely NO REFUNDS policy, under any circumstance for hour(s) booked in consultation; however we reschedule for a later date but an agreement must be established between the designer and client.
MJM Creative Innovations, LLC works diligently when delivering services/projects to clients on time as well as meeting promptly for ALL scheduled meetings. If under any circumstances you are running behind or need to reschedule, a 24 hour notice is greatly appreciated. Payment is due upfront using the payment form on this web page.
Please note: It is the client(s) full responsibility to read the terms of agreement. It is also the responsibility of the client to maintain all fees for subscription and domains as well as inventory and updates. These services are available to you for a fee if you need additional assistance with the maintenance of your website.
